How does the renewal process work if I am an existing or former client?

Edited

Quick answer: Renewals are opt-in, not automatic. Starting in late August each year, we reach out with a personalized renewal offer (refreshed pricing, refreshed scope of work). You confirm, adjust scope if needed, and sign a new contract for the upcoming season. Returning clients get priority over new sign-ups, so renewing early secures your spot — especially for Priority capacity.

Renewal timeline

  • Late August: renewal season opens; we begin reaching out to existing clients.

  • Personalized offer: each client receives an updated seasonal rate and a refreshed scope reflecting current property needs.

  • Scope adjustments: add or remove areas, upgrade from Complete to Priority, or make any other changes before signing.

  • Finalization: once you approve, a new seasonal contract is issued and signed digitally.

Contract terms

  • Clients can sign 1-, 2-, or 3-year terms. Longer terms offer rate stability and potential locked-in pricing.

  • No auto-renewal — you actively confirm renewal each term.

  • Former clients (lapsed or paused) can return through the same process — we'll refresh the scope against current property conditions.

Why renew early

  • Priority access: returning clients get first shot at capacity before new-client signups.

  • Route placement: Priority-tier capacity sells out first; early renewal secures your slot.

  • Rate consistency: multi-year terms often include locked-in rates or reduced year-over-year increases.
