Quick answer: If any area of your scope is missed — parked vehicle in the way, ice buildup after the initial visit, or a simple oversight — we send a follow-up visit, priority-flagged in dispatch. No argument, no paperwork, no extra charge. Just let us know.
How to request a follow-up
Email contact@monsterplow.ca with your account name and what was missed.
Call 647-967-7569 — fastest route during active events.
Or flag it through the client portal at monsterportal.ca.
How fast we respond
Missed-area follow-ups are priority-flagged in dispatch and get added to the next active route through your zone. During an active storm this is typically within hours; between events it's typically the same day. We stand by the scope diagram in your contract — anything inside it is on us to clear.
