Are there any hidden fees or fuel surcharges?
Quick answer: No. Our winter plans are all-inclusive flat-rate seasonal — one price covers fuel, salt, labour, equipment, and unlimited qualifying events. No per-visit charges, no fuel surcharges, no hidden fees. HST is itemized separately on quotes and invoices.

Salt and ice-control materials (ClearLane® Enhanced Deicer applied at manufacturer or industry application rates).
All labour and equipment.
Unlimited qualifying weather events through the contracted season.
GPS-verified service logs, dashcam footage, and Client Portal access.
What's NOT in the base rate
Extra service calls — return visits beyond your package coverage, quoted per visit (see our extra-services article).
Off-season service — service outside your contracted dates is quoted separately.
Bin refills — initial fill is included; in-season refills are charged per order ($149 + HST per 400 LB bin, $24.99 + HST per 50 LB pail).
Snow removal / relocation — hauling snow off-site or stacking large piles is a separate service line.
HST is always itemized
Every quote shows subtotal, HST (13%), and total. Our HST number is 81777 6867 RT0001 — listed on every invoice and receipt for your AP and tax records.
