Can I customize the areas I want serviced?

Quick answer: Yes. Every quote includes a scope-of-work diagram showing exactly which areas we clear — and you choose what's on it. Add or remove areas before signing, or adjust mid-season if your needs change.

• Driveway (full or partial)

• Front walkway and stairs

• Side and rear walkways

• Parking pads and rear laneway access

• Sidewalks along the property (where applicable)

• Commercial parking areas and loading zones

Before you sign, we send a proposal with a site diagram marking every cleared area. That diagram becomes the service contract — crews work to it on every visit, and nothing outside it is serviced without written updates. If you need to add or remove an area later, email contact@monsterplow.ca and we'll send a revised scope and proposal.
