Can I pause my service for vacations?
Quick answer: No pause is needed. Service runs automatically all winter, and most clients prefer that it continues while they're away — your property still needs to be cleared, and you return to a safe driveway and walkways regardless of when you travel.
Why pausing doesn't help
Weather doesn't pause for vacations. A 20 cm storm while you're away still needs clearing.
Crews, routes, and contracts are committed for the season — pausing a single site doesn't reduce costs.
Most clients specifically value automatic service during travel: peace of mind without having to arrange coverage.
Special instructions while you're away
