Can I pause or suspend service temporarily?
Quick answer: Not generally — our seasonal contracts are designed for continuous winter coverage. If your property will be vacant or inaccessible for a stretch, tell us in advance and we'll accommodate where we can.
Why we don't pause routinely
Seasonal flat-rate pricing is built on a full-season commitment. Routes, crew assignments, and pricing all assume every contracted property gets serviced every qualifying event. Partial-season pauses would either leave your property at risk during a pause-then-resume gap, or force us to reshuffle routes mid-season.
Special circumstances we can work with
Extended vacancy — if you're traveling, leave us access instructions and we'll continue service so the property stays accessible.
Construction or renovation — let us know dates; we'll coordinate around crew safety and equipment access.
Sale in progress — we coordinate transfers to incoming owners (see our property-sale article).
