Can I receive service notifications?
Quick answer: Yes. Optional email notifications keep you updated on approaching storms, when your property is scheduled for service, and when work is complete. You can toggle them per contact in the Client Portal.

How to enable
Log into the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca, open your contact settings, and enable service notifications. You can also set notifications per contact — e.g., all storm alerts to the property owner, completion confirmations to the property manager.
