Quick answer: Yes. We document every visit to your property with timestamps, weather conditions, and crew notes, and we share the full report on request — typical turnaround is one business day. GPS and dashcam footage are available for additional verification (90-day video retention; stills archived multi-year).
What a service report includes
Arrival and departure timestamps
Weather conditions during service (snowfall, temperature, ice activity)
Actions taken (plowing, shoveling, ice control, areas covered)
Before/after photos where captured
Crew and vehicle identification
How to request one
