Can I specify which areas of my property get cleared?

Quick answer: Yes. Every contract is built around a detailed scope-of-work diagram that you approve before signing. The diagram lists every area we clear — and nothing outside it. You can adjust scope mid-season by emailing contact@monsterplow.ca with the change.

• Driveways and parking lots

• Walkways (front, side, rear)

• Stairs and stoops

• Loading docks and service entrances

• Municipal sidewalks (when requested)

• Any other surface you want included

After the scope survey, we send a proposal with the diagram embedded. Review it, request changes if needed, and sign when it's right. Once signed, that diagram is the crew's instruction manual — they service to it on every visit, and they don't service anything outside it unless the scope is formally updated.
