Can I upgrade or change my package mid-season?
Quick answer: Yes. You can upgrade from Complete to Priority (or switch back) at any point during the season, subject to crew capacity in your zone. Pricing is adjusted based on the days remaining and the new service level.
How mid-season changes work
Upgrades to Priority are accepted when we have crew capacity in your service zone. Priority delivers tighter commencement windows and faster storm response.
Downgrades require billing recalculation and are generally limited once peak season starts, because crew allocation is locked to contracts already in place.
Scope additions (adding a walkway, stairs, a second driveway) can be added mid-season at any time and are priced based on the additional area.
How to request a change
Email contact@monsterplow.ca or call 647-967-7569 with your account name and the change you want. We'll confirm availability, send an updated proposal, and apply it on the next service after you accept.
