Quick answer: Yes. Our team is proficient in English and French, with additional languages available upon request. If you'd like to communicate in a specific language, tell us during quoting and we'll match you with appropriate staff.

How to request multilingual support

Let us know your language preference during quoting, or email contact@monsterplow.ca (winter) or help@monsterpropertyservices.ca (summer). We'll note the preference on your account so every communication — email, call, or in-person — is delivered in your language where our team can support it.

What to expect

Availability depends on which team members are on shift. For guaranteed coverage in a specific language, schedule calls during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm ET) so we can route you to the right person.
