Quick answer: Yes. Monster Plowing Company serves condominium corporations, apartment buildings, and townhouse complexes across the GTA. We work with property managers and boards to build customized winter service plans covering parking, walkways, building entrances, and ice control.

What we service at multi-unit sites

  • Plowing: parking lots, driveways, circular driveways, and private roads

  • Ice control across all serviced areas with low-corrosion ice melter

  • Hauling and relocation when snowbanks exceed on-property capacity

Working with boards and property managers

We build the scope with the property management team, document it on a scope diagram every contact signs off on, and deliver ongoing reports with photos, timestamps, and service logs.
