Do you service laneway houses or back laneways?

Edited

Quick answer: Yes, we service laneways, rear parking pads, and laneway homes wherever our equipment can gain safe and legal access. Tight spaces may require smaller machines or handwork, and that's built into the scope at quote time.

How laneway service works

  • The area needs to be clearly mapped during the quoting process so the right equipment is scheduled.

  • Narrow laneways, short grade changes, and tight turning radiuses are documented on the scope diagram.

  • If machine access is limited, the crew uses snow blowers, shovels, or small-frame equipment instead.

  • Salting and ice control are included where the scope calls for it.

Getting a laneway scoped

When you request a quote, share photos or measurements of the laneway and any access obstacles (gates, low overhangs, parked vehicles, fence widths). Our scope team flags the site for survey and documents the plan in the proposal before any contract is signed. Call 647-967-7569 or email contact@monsterplow.ca to start.
