How do you handle pets on the property during snow service?
Quick answer: Please keep pets indoors or securely confined away from service areas during snow events — our crews operate heavy equipment and can't be responsible for pets on-site. Let us know at scope time if you have a dog run, separate gate, or pet area, and we'll note it on the file.
Before the season starts
Tell us about any pet areas, runs, or gates during the scope survey so they're documented.
Share any pet-related warnings (aggressive dogs, escape risks, gate latching quirks) in writing.
Make sure gate codes and latches are working — crews won't force a gate if they can't confirm the area is safe.
During storms
Keep pets indoors or secured while the crew is on-site. Plows, blowers, and skid-steers create noise and debris.
