What happens if I move mid-season?

Quick answer: If you move within our service area, we'll transfer the contract to the new property at no extra cost beyond any scope adjustment. If the new property is outside our service area, we discuss prorated cancellation or alternative arrangements directly.

Moving within our service area

  • Email contact@monsterplow.ca or call 647-967-7569 as soon as you know the new address.

  • We schedule a scope survey at the new property and confirm the revised scope.

  • If the new site is larger or smaller than the current one, pricing is adjusted accordingly.

  • Service at your current property stops on your move date; service at the new property picks up without interruption.

Moving outside our service area

We service Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Markham, and Thornhill. If your new home is outside this footprint, we'll prorate the cancellation based on days remaining in the season and refund the unused balance. Fair and straightforward — no exit penalty.
