Quick answer: If anything on your property is damaged by our crew or equipment, we take full responsibility: a formal incident report goes on file and we coordinate repair or compensation directly. We carry $5M general liability coverage and are WSIB compliant.
How incidents are handled

We contact you with a formal incident report documenting time, location, and cause.
We coordinate repair directly — through our team, a trade partner, or reimbursement if you prefer to arrange it yourself.
All repair costs are covered. No deductible is passed to you.
Why damage rates stay low
Damage incidents are rare. Crews flag gates, stone edges, lighting, curbs, and delicate landscaping during the scope survey so the service plan accounts for them from day one. GPS tracking and dashcam footage (90-day retention) also give us clear evidence when something is reported.
