Quick answer: Tell us at scope time and we'll document it on the account. Pets, delicate landscaping, stone surfaces, low walls, lighting, or anything else the crew needs to know — once it's in the file, it's flagged on every visit and the crew works around it.

• Pets and pet areas (runs, gates, fencing quirks)

• Interlock, natural stone, or decorative walkways that need careful handling

• Low-profile lighting, irrigation heads, or garden edging

• Parking arrangements (who parks where, vehicles that stay put)

• Alarm systems, gate codes, and access quirks
