What if I move or sell my property mid-season?

Quick answer: Tell us as early as possible. In most cases we can transfer your contract to the new owner of your previous property, or continue service at your new address if we cover it. If neither works, we'll handle cancellation fairly.

Option 1: Transfer the contract

With agreement from both parties, service can transfer to the new property owner at your old address. They inherit your remaining season at the agreed rate. Cleanest outcome — no service gap, no cancellation fee.

Option 2: Take it with you

If your new property is within our service area, we can transfer your contract to the new address — subject to a rescope based on the property's size and layout. Pricing may adjust to match the new property.

Option 3: Cancellation

If neither transfer works, we review your contract terms and handle cancellation based on where you are in the season. Prorated billing applies — you're credited for service not yet delivered.
