What if my driveway is gravel or not paved?

Edited

Quick answer: We service gravel, interlock, asphalt, and concrete driveways. Crews adjust blade height and technique to match the surface, so gravel and loose-top driveways are cleared without tearing them up.

How we handle each surface

  • Gravel: Blade is raised and crews take extra care during scraping. Ice control is applied sparingly to avoid driving salt into the aggregate.

  • Interlock: Plows use rubber or poly edges where needed to prevent chipping and scratching the stone.

  • Asphalt: Standard plow operation, with attention to sealcoat wear and any seams flagged at scope.

  • Concrete: Standard operation with attention to expansion joints and any cracks noted during the survey.

Scope notes for loose surfaces

When you request a quote, let us know if the driveway is gravel, semi-permeable, or a mixed surface. We document it in the scope so the dispatched crew comes equipped for that specific condition. Call 647-967-7569 or email contact@monsterplow.ca to arrange a survey.
