The Complete Package is our standard flat-rate service that ensures rapid response times. This package guarantees snow clearing after each snowfall exceeding 1 centimeter before 8:59 AM. In the case of daytime snowstorms, we typically respond within 2 to 6 hours. This comprehensive service is ideal for most well-traveled residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety and accessibility during winter weather conditions.

The Priority Package is our premium offering, specifically designed for high-traffic sites that require the utmost attention. This package guarantees even faster service, with snow clearing completed before 5:59 AM for any snowfall. In addition, we aim to respond as quickly as 0 to 3 hours from the onset of snowfall. Priority clients benefit from quicker deicing responses, often within 0 to 2 hours during ice events, and receive more frequent visits during heavy storms. For instance, we conduct an extra pass when 5 centimeters or more of snow has accumulated, compared to 8 centimeters for the Complete Package.
