What safety measures does your team follow during service?

Edited

Quick answer: High-visibility PPE, beacon-lit vehicles, detailed site maps on every tablet, pre-shift equipment inspections, and crew training focused on working safely around people, property, and traffic. Safety is built into every shift, not just addressed after incidents.

Standard safety protocols

  • High-visibility PPE on every crew member working on or near traffic.

  • Beacon lights and hazard markers on all service vehicles.

  • Site maps and scope diagrams on onboard tablets so crews know obstacles, underground lines, and fragile features in advance.

  • Pre-shift equipment inspections on every truck and attachment before it leaves the yard.

  • Crew training focused on pedestrian safety, traffic awareness, and careful handling of landscaped or hardscape surfaces.

Insurance and compliance

Monster carries $5M general liability coverage and is WSIB-compliant. Certificates are available on request — especially for commercial and institutional clients who need them on file. Email contact@monsterplow.ca to request a COI.
