What site access requirements should I be aware of?

Edited

Quick answer: Gates unlocked, vehicles not blocking service areas, and advance notice for any locked access or special instructions. If we can't access your property during a storm, service gets delayed or skipped for that visit.

Basic access checklist

  • All gates unlocked during your service window.

  • Vehicles parked clear of driveway, walkways, and clearing zones.

  • Any obstructions (planters, furniture, cords) moved before snow arrives.

Locked gates or special access

If your property has a locked gate, keypad entry, or restricted access, tell us during quoting or before the snow season starts. We record the codes and instructions in our system and pass them to the assigned crew — no repeat calls required once it's set up.

What happens if we can't get in

When a site is inaccessible, the visit is delayed or the inaccessible portion skipped. We log the issue and contact you — but during a storm, time matters. A locked gate can mean missing your morning service guarantee through no fault of ours.
