How do I know if I am the Owner of the account?

Quick answer: Log in to the client portal at monsterportal.ca and go to Account Contacts — Owners are labelled "Owner" beside their name. Owners have full admin, billing, and service permissions. If ownership needs to change, only our support team can process that transfer.

What Owners can do

  • Add, edit, or remove account contacts

  • Manage billing entities and invoice routing

  • Update service preferences and scope

  • Initiate contract changes, renewals, or cancellations

  • Request ownership transfers through support

Changing ownership

Ownership transfers aren't self-serve. Email contact@monsterplow.ca with the current Owner's written approval and the new Owner's contact info. We verify both sides before updating the account, then apply the new permissions and send a confirmation.
