Can an Owner assign someone else as an Owner?

Quick answer: Not directly through the portal — Owner transfers go through our support team. This is a deliberate security choice, not a technical limitation. Contact us and we'll process the transfer with verification.

Why Owner transfer isn't self-serve

Account ownership is the highest permission level — it can add/remove Admins, manage all billing entities, and cancel service. Making that transfer a portal button would expose the account to takeover risk. Routing it through our support team lets us verify identity and intent before making the change.

How to request an Owner transfer

  1. Contact our support team — email contact@monsterplow.ca or call 647-967-7569.

  2. Provide verification details — account owner name, property address, and proof of identity.

  3. Specify the new Owner — name, email, phone. We'll reach out to confirm with them before finalizing.

  4. We process the transfer and confirm in writing to both parties.
