What if I need to transfer ownership of the account?

Quick answer: Ownership transfers are processed by our support team — not self-serve. Contact us with the details and we'll verify the current owner's identity, coordinate with the incoming owner, and switch the account over.

Why it's not self-serve

Account ownership is the highest permission level on an account — it can add/remove Admins, change billing entities, and cancel service. Making that transfer a customer-service step rather than a portal button protects against account takeover.

How to request a transfer

  1. Email contact@monsterplow.ca (winter) or help@monsterpropertyservices.ca (summer) — or call 647-255-6900.

  2. Provide: your full name, property address, and details of who the new owner will be (name, email, phone).

  3. We verify the current owner's identity, loop in the new owner, and process the transfer.

Typical scenarios

  • Selling the property — existing contract can often transfer to the buyer.

  • Estate transfer — account moves to the new legal owner.

  • Corporate restructuring — account moves to a new entity with matching billing details.
