Can I edit which notifications a contact receives?

Quick answer: Yes. Owner and Admin contacts can toggle notification preferences per contact from the Account Contacts section of the client portal at monsterportal.ca. Each contact has separate toggles for billing notifications and weather/service updates.

How to update a contact's notifications

  1. Log in to the client portal at monsterportal.ca.

  2. Go to Account Contacts.

  3. Find the contact you want to update.

  4. Toggle the notification options you want:

    • Send Billing Notifications — invoices, payment confirmations, and overdue notices.

    • Receives Weather & Services Updates — operational alerts, storm briefings, and service updates.

  5. Save your changes.

Who can edit

Only Owner and Admin contacts can modify account-wide contact settings. If you don't see the toggles, your role on the account may not have edit permission — an Owner on the account can adjust it, or email contact@monsterplow.ca for help.
