What do contacts listed under a Billing Entity signify?
Quick answer: Contacts listed under a Billing Entity can view that entity's billing section and receive billing notifications for it. Being listed under one Billing Entity doesn't give access to other entities — that requires enabling Account Billing Access separately.
What those contacts can do
View the billing section for their assigned entity (invoices, receipts, payment history)
Opt in to billing notifications (invoices, payment confirmations, overdue notices)
Access the billing-side portal pages tied to that entity
Accessing multiple Billing Entities
A single contact can be tied to more than one Billing Entity, but each assignment is separate. To give a contact visibility across all billing entities on an account, enable Account Billing Access for them in the portal. Only Owner and Admin contacts can set this.
Where to manage this
Log in to the client portal at monsterportal.ca, go to Account Contacts, and edit the contact's billing entity assignments and Account Billing Access toggle. Questions? Email contact@monsterplow.ca.
