How do I add a new contact to a Billing Entity?

Quick answer: Open the Billing Entity Access section, click Add Contact, and pick the person you want to give access to.

Steps

  1. Log into the Client Portal.

  2. Open Billing Entity Access.

  3. Click Add Contact.

  4. Select the contact from the list. They'll gain access to billing records and email notifications for that entity.

Who should get access?

Typically you'd add accounts payable staff, property managers, or anyone who needs to receive invoices and billing updates. Each contact can be added to one or multiple billing entities as needed.
