How do you avoid confusion with large or complex properties?

Edited

Quick answer: Every site gets a detailed map built from satellite imagery and a field survey, stored in our dispatch platform and pushed to the crew's onboard tablet every visit. Site-specific instructions — entrance preferences, sensitive areas, access limits — live in the same record, so any crew working the property has the same playbook.

Site mapping

  • Satellite imagery combined with on-site survey measurements.

  • Scope-of-work diagram marking every cleared area — and nothing outside it.

  • Annotations for gates, access points, emergency routes, and restricted zones.

Crew tablet access

  • Maps and scope diagrams load automatically on the vehicle tablet when the route is active.

  • Site-specific notes (entrance preferences, sensitive surfaces, pet areas, access codes) appear alongside.

  • Changes made by dispatch propagate to the tablet immediately — crews always see the current version.

Why this matters on complex sites

Large commercial sites, multi-building institutional campuses, and condominium complexes can't rely on "the usual crew knows it." Rotations, backup crews, and new hires need the same site knowledge the primary crew has. That's what the mapping and tablet system provides — continuity across people, not just across visits.
