Do you provide documentation for slip-and-fall or insurance claims?

Edited

Quick answer: Yes. Every winter visit has a timestamped GPS log, continuous dashcam recording, and a record of weather conditions at the time of service. If you're defending against a slip-and-fall claim, we can produce documentation showing exactly what was done and when.

What we can pull on request

  • GPS service trace — proves crew was on-site, duration of work, and service path.

  • Dashcam video — continuous recording on every truck, retained for 90 days.

  • Dashcam stills — retained for multi-year, suitable for claims that surface long after the event.

  • Weather data — precipitation, temperature, and ground conditions at visit time, from our in-house monitoring and Environment Canada records.

  • Ice-control application record — product type and quantity applied at each visit.

How to request records for a claim

Email contact@monsterplow.ca with the property address and date of incident. For video-based evidence, contact us as soon as possible — within the 90-day retention window. For older claims, timestamped stills and service logs are still available.

What this means for your insurance position

Most slip-and-fall defenses fail because the contractor can't prove they were on-site. With GPS, dashcam, and weather data for every visit, we can. That's the point of the system.
