How fast can you resolve a service issue?
Quick answer: If a visit was incomplete and you flag it in writing, we return within 24 hours — at no charge — to finish the work. That's a commitment written into our contract.
What triggers a free return visit
Under our seasonal service agreement, if you inspect the premises and find the work was incomplete or inadequate, written notice to us triggers a free return visit within 24 hours.
What doesn't qualify as free
If we inspect and the work was completed per your service package — or if the issue was caused by something outside our control (obstructions, locked gates, a hazard, or municipal plowing after our visit) — a return call is billed at $180 + HST per hour, one-hour minimum, plus any ice-control product used.
Why the response is so fast
Every truck records dashcam footage and every visit is GPS-logged. When you flag an issue, our support team can verify what actually happened on-site within minutes — no waiting for a crew debrief. Either the visit is confirmed complete (with timestamp + GPS), or a return crew is dispatched.
