Important Quality Control Information for Monster Plowing Company Seasonal Clients

To ensure a smooth and successful winter season, please review the following key information regarding the commencement and ongoing delivery of your Monster services:

✅ ON-SITE TRAINING

  • If you see a Monster truck on your property with no snow in sight—don’t worry, we haven’t lost it! Our crews conduct on-site walkthroughs, individual training, and team-wide dry runs early in the season to familiarize themselves with your site. This prep work ensures we're fully ready when the snow hits.

✅ BIN & BUCKET DELIVERIES

  • Priority Package & opted-in Complete Package clients will receive a 400 LB ice melter bin on-site between Nov 1–10, or within 24–72 hours if signed in-season.

  • Other Complete clients will receive a 50 LB pail during the same timeframe.

  • These supplies are for resident/premises use only — our crews carry their own stock.

  • Delivery details will be posted in your Monster Client Portal starting in October.

  • To update or waive delivery, simply log in to your portal.

✅ KEYS & GATES

  • If your site has locked gates, chains, or barriers, please provide access instructions ASAP.

  • Access codes are preferred over physical keys for secure, efficient distribution.

  • Already submitted keys or codes? No action needed unless something changed.

  • Gates that remain unlocked but look closed? Please let us know to avoid confusion.

✅ PARKING DURING SNOW EVENTS

  • Park vehicles deep in driveways or along lot perimeters.

  • Keep snow storage areas (lawns, curbs, etc.) clear.

  • For large lots, designate snow day parking zones.

  • Resident/premises cooperation helps us maximize your coverage.

✅ REMOVE LOOSE ITEMS

  • Before snow arrives, please clear service areas of:
    🔹 Tools
    🔹 Toys
    🔹 Hoses & wires
    🔹 Building materials
    🔹 Equipment

  • Anything left out risks being picked up — along with the snow!

✅ EMAIL SERVICE UPDATES

  • You’ll receive event alerts before every snow or ice event.

  • If you’re reading this email, you’re already subscribed!

  • Add more recipients (e.g. tenants or site staff) using your Monster Client Portal.

✅ ORDER EXTRA WINTER SUPPLIES

✅ SCOPE OF WORK CHANGES

  • Have construction, landscaping updates, or new hazards on-site?

  • Let us know at least 48 hours before any snow or ice event to keep service accurate and on time.

✅ PAYMENTS

  • Invoices for this season were sent via email upon signing to all billing contacts.

  • Auto-reminders will be sent routinely before each payment due date.

  • To download your invoices, check your balance, or update billing info, log in to your Monster Client Portal.
