If you have interlock or pavers, please ensure they are level and in good repair before the season begins. Raised or uneven pavers can catch plow blades. Let us know about any vulnerable areas during onboarding.

We recommend installing driveway markers (reflective stakes) along edges, especially where driveway meets lawn. This helps our crews see boundaries clearly during nighttime and heavy snowfall operations.

Please document and communicate any pre-existing cracks, chips, or damage before the season starts. This protects both you and our team.

We carry full commercial general liability insurance. If you believe damage occurred during our service:

1. Contact us immediately with photos and a description

2. We will review GPS data and dash cam footage for the visit in question

3. If damage was caused by our crew, we will arrange repair or compensation
