What should homeowners know about driveway damage?
At Monster Plowing Company, we take great care to protect your property during snow clearing.
Our Approach
Crews are trained to adjust blade height and angle based on your driveway surface
Interlock, flagstone, and raised surfaces are flagged in our system with special handling instructions
GPS tracking and dash cam footage document every visit for accountability
Common Concerns
Interlock or paver driveways
If you have interlock or pavers, please ensure they are level and in good repair before the season begins. Raised or uneven pavers can catch plow blades. Let us know about any vulnerable areas during onboarding.
Driveway markers
We recommend installing driveway markers (reflective stakes) along edges, especially where driveway meets lawn. This helps our crews see boundaries clearly during nighttime and heavy snowfall operations.
Existing damage
Please document and communicate any pre-existing cracks, chips, or damage before the season starts. This protects both you and our team.
If Damage Occurs
We carry full commercial general liability insurance. If you believe damage occurred during our service:
Contact us immediately with photos and a description
We will review GPS data and dash cam footage for the visit in question
If damage was caused by our crew, we will arrange repair or compensation
We take every damage claim seriously and resolve them fairly and promptly.
