What we clear

  • Municipal sidewalk in front of your property (where applicable).

  • Unlimited service visits for every snowfall of 1 cm or more

  • Eco-friendly Green Ice Melter (approximately 84% less corrosive than rock salt) applied after every clearing and during ice events

  • Automatic dispatch — no call-in needed

  • Early morning clearing (8:59 AM Complete, 5:59 AM Priority)

  • GPS-tracked digital documentation of every visit

What's not included (unless quoted separately)

  • Roof snow removal

  • Interior courtyard or enclosed areas not accessible by standard equipment

  • Snow relocation or hauling off-site

  • Decks, patios, or backyard areas (unless specified in your contract)
