• Property layout: Obstructions, curves, slopes, and access challenges affect service time

• Surface types: Interlock, asphalt, and concrete may require different approaches

• Package selected: Complete or Priority (see our package comparison for details)

• Location: Your position within our service zones affects routing

Once you accept your quote, your price is locked in for the entire winter season. This means:

• You pay the same amount regardless of how many storms occur

• There are no per-visit charges or surprise fees

• All deicing materials are included at no extra cost

• Your seasonal total is divided into monthly installments for convenience
