What should homeowners know about driveway damage?

Edited

Quick answer: We take great care with interlock, pavers, and delicate surfaces — crews adjust blade height and angle based on surface type, and flagged areas are noted in our system. Report pre-existing damage before the season starts, install driveway markers along edges, and keep pavers level and in good repair. If damage does occur, we investigate with GPS and dashcam evidence and resolve fairly through our insurance.

Our approach

  • Crews are trained to adjust blade height and angle based on surface type.

  • Interlock, flagstone, and raised surfaces are flagged with special handling instructions.

  • GPS tracking and dashcam footage document every visit for accountability.

Interlock or paver driveways

Ensure pavers are level and in good repair before the season begins. Raised or uneven pavers can catch plow blades. Flag vulnerable areas during onboarding — we document them and crews are briefed.

Driveway markers

Install reflective stakes along edges, especially where driveway meets lawn. This helps crews see boundaries during nighttime and heavy snowfall operations.

Existing damage

Document and communicate any pre-existing cracks, chips, or damage before the season starts. This protects both you and our team from disputes later.
