Total area to be serviced: Parking lot square footage, number of walkways, dock areas
Site complexity: Layout, number of access points, obstacles, grade changes
Surface types: Asphalt, concrete, interlock, rooftop parking
Service level: Complete or Priority package
Frequency requirements: Standard service or enhanced frequency for high-traffic areas
Location: Position within our service zones
