  • Deicing applied within 0-2 hours of ice event onset

  • Multiple clearing visits triggered at 5 cm accumulation during extended storms

Accountability Measures

  • Every visit is GPS-tracked with timestamped arrival and departure

  • Multi-camera footage provides visual verification of service

  • Supervisors monitor performance across all zones in real-time

  • Client-reported issues trigger immediate investigation and resolution

Communication Standards

  • Storm alerts sent before significant weather events

  • Service completion notifications delivered to designated contacts

  • Dedicated support for commercial accounts with escalation procedures

If service does not meet the commitments outlined in your contract, contact us immediately. We review all reports using GPS data and footage and take corrective action promptly.
