Quick answer: No. Monster Property Services operates entirely in-house — staff, equipment, dispatch, training, and client support. Every person on your property is a trained, uniformed Monster employee covered by WSIB and our commercial liability insurance.

What "in-house" means here

  • Staff: all crew members are Monster employees on our payroll.

  • Equipment: we own and maintain our own commercial-grade fleet.

  • Dispatch and scheduling: run by our team, not outsourced.

  • Training and quality control: centralized internally for consistency.

  • Client communications: handled by our dedicated account and support staff.

Why it matters

Subcontracting saves some operators money at the cost of control and accountability. When a contractor uses subs, service quality varies by which sub shows up, scope notes get lost between companies, and client issues take longer to resolve. In-house operations keep standards, training, and communication consistent across every visit.
