Do you use subcontractors?
Quick answer: No. Monster Property Services operates entirely in-house — staff, equipment, dispatch, training, and client support. Every person on your property is a trained, uniformed Monster employee covered by WSIB and our commercial liability insurance.

Staff: all crew members are Monster employees on our payroll.
Equipment: we own and maintain our own commercial-grade fleet.

Why it matters
