What is your service season?

Edited

Quick answer: Our service season runs approximately April through November. Exact start and end dates vary each year based on ground conditions and weather. Your seasonal flat rate covers the full service period regardless of weather variations.

Typical season timeline

  • Early-to-mid April: Spring cleanup begins (debris removal, bed preparation).

  • April through late October: Weekly service visits (lawn care, garden care).

  • Late October – November: Fall cleanup (leaf removal, garden winterization).

Flex at the shoulders

Ground conditions and weather move the start and end dates by up to a couple weeks each year. We don't begin a season before the lawn is dry enough to mow without turf damage, and we don't stop until the final leaf drop is cleaned up. Your contract specifies the commitment period — actual service timing may shift slightly to match reality.

What doesn't change

The number of visits in your seasonal plan. Your flat rate is priced on the full season's work, and you get that work whether the season runs 28 weeks or 30.
