Quick answer: Yes — we accept new clients throughout the season, subject to crew capacity in your zone. Pricing is prorated based on weeks remaining.
What happens when you sign up mid-season
Flat-rate pricing is prorated based on weeks remaining in the season.
If spring cleanup wasn't completed earlier, we can add it as a one-time service.
You get the same service quality, documentation, and portal access as full-season clients.
Capacity is the only constraint
Each route zone has finite weekly capacity. During peak season, some zones fill up and we may need to waitlist new properties. If your zone is at capacity, we'll tell you up front and estimate when we can start.
Quote it any time
Request a mid-season quote at help@monsterpropertyservices.ca. Turnaround is 1-2 business days for residential, 2-3 for commercial.
