Quick answer: Yes. Every visit is digitally documented — arrival/departure timestamps, GPS-confirmed location, and a service log of what was completed. You can see your full service history any time in the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca.
What we capture for every visit
Timestamps — crew arrival and departure times.
GPS verification — confirmation the crew was on-site.
Service log — what was completed (mowing, edging, beds, cleanup, etc.).
Dashcam video — continuous recording, retained 90 days, available on request.
How you access it
Log into the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca to see your property's visit history and upcoming schedule. Commercial and multi-unit clients can request periodic service reports delivered by email.
For claims or insurance
Need timestamped records for a property claim or board package? Email help@monsterpropertyservices.ca with the property address and date range. Turnaround is typically 1-2 business days.
