Yes. Every service visit is digitally documented. This includes:
Timestamp: When the crew arrived and departed
Service log: What was completed during the visit
GPS verification: Confirmation that the crew was on-site
This documentation is maintained for every property we service. Commercial and multi-unit clients can request periodic service reports. When Monster Intelligence launches, all clients will have direct access to their service history through our client portal.
