Can I switch plans mid-season?

Quick answer: Yes — you can upgrade at any time, prorated from the point of change. Downgrades mid-season are handled case-by-case.
Common upgrades
Add Garden & Plant Care to your Pro Lawn & Land Care plan — starts the next scheduled visit.
Add extra services (fertilization, aeration, landscape work) on a per-request basis.
How upgrade pricing works
The add-on cost is prorated based on the number of visits remaining in the season. You'll get a revised installment schedule if the change affects your payment plan.
Downgrades
Mid-season downgrades are reviewed individually — we look at what's already been delivered, what's scheduled, and what's fair for both sides. Reach out to help@monsterpropertyservices.ca and we'll work through it.
