Do you offer add-on services?
Quick answer: Yes. Add-ons include spring cleanup, fall cleanup, aeration + overseeding, fertilization, sod work, and landscape design + installation. Quoted separately at time of contract or on-request during the season.
Available add-ons
Spring cleanup — if not already bundled into your season start.
Fall cleanup — leaf removal, garden winterization, final mow.
Aeration and overseeding — typically scheduled for early fall.
Fertilization program — multi-application seasonal schedule.
Sod installation or repair — quoted by square footage + prep scope.
Landscape design and installation — new beds, plantings, hardscape elements.
How to add them
Easiest: include your add-on wants when you request the seasonal quote — we'll line-item them separately. Mid-season add-ons are also accepted subject to crew capacity. Email help@monsterpropertyservices.ca.
