Monster Property Services uses personalized flat-rate seasonal pricing. The cost for each property depends on specific factors:

• Total area to be serviced (lawn size, number and size of garden beds)

• Site complexity (layout, obstacles, access points, slopes)

• Type of surfaces and landscape features

• Package selected (A, B, or Dual)

• Property type (residential, commercial, multi-unit)

1. Quote Request: Submit a request online at monsterpropertyservices.ca/get-a-quote or contact us directly.

2. Property Evaluation: Our team reviews your property using satellite imagery and your submitted details. For complex commercial sites, we may schedule an on-site visit.

3. Scope Definition: We define the exact areas to be serviced and any special requirements.

4. Package Selection: You choose your preferred plan (Package A, B, or Dual).

5. Customized Quote: A tailored quote is generated with your seasonal price. Payment can be structured as monthly installments for convenience.

6. Contract Signing: Once accepted, you sign a seasonal service agreement digitally, locking in your flat-rate coverage for the season.

The entire process typically takes 1-3 business days from quote request to contract.
