Quick answer: No minimum size or contract value. We service everything from small urban lots to large commercial campuses. Every property gets the same level of professional service, documentation, and accountability regardless of size.
Why size doesn't change what you get
Our seasonal flat-rate model is built to scale up and down. A small residential lawn on a weekly plan gets the same crew assignment, dashcam-verified visits, and service logs as a 50-unit townhouse complex. The only thing that changes is the quote — pricing reflects the scope of work, not a floor.
Where the math stops working
For very small jobs well below a typical property service (e.g., a single tree trim), a one-time service may make more sense than a seasonal plan. We'll tell you honestly if that's the better fit for you.
