How does the renewal process work?

Before each new season, existing clients receive a renewal offer:

  • Renewal notice: Sent before the upcoming season with your updated pricing and any plan changes

  • Non-automatic: Renewals are not automatic. You actively choose to renew, upgrade, or discontinue

  • Early renewal: Clients who renew early may be eligible for priority scheduling and preferred pricing

  • Flexibility: You can change your package, adjust your scope, or add services at renewal time

We aim to make renewal simple and transparent, with no pressure or hidden commitments.
