How does the renewal process work?
Quick answer: Renewals are not automatic. Before each new season, existing clients get a renewal offer with updated pricing and any plan changes. Renew, upgrade, or let it lapse — your call, no auto-rollover.
What you get at renewal
Renewal notice — sent before the upcoming season with your updated pricing and any plan changes.
Early renewal perks — clients who renew early may be eligible for priority scheduling and preferred pricing.
Flexibility — you can change packages, adjust scope, or add services at renewal time.
Multi-year contracts
If you're on a 2- or 3-year contract, subsequent season deposits are automatic (invoiced 30 days in advance to all billing contacts in your Client Portal at monsterportal.ca). Pricing is locked for the contract term — no annual inflation increase.
