How do you train your crews?

All Monster Property Services crew members go through a structured training and development program:

  • Equipment operation: Safe and proper use of all commercial-grade lawn and garden equipment

  • Service standards: Property-specific quality expectations, attention to detail, cleanup protocols

  • Property handling: How to navigate properties safely, respect client instructions, and handle special situations

  • Digital tools: How to use onboard tablets for property maps, notes, and service logging

  • Safety: WSIB compliance, PPE requirements, heat safety, hazard identification

Crew members are trained, ranked, and developed within our system. Supervisors continuously monitor performance and provide coaching to maintain and improve standards.
