All Monster Property Services crew members go through a structured training and development program:
Equipment operation: Safe and proper use of all commercial-grade lawn and garden equipment
Service standards: Property-specific quality expectations, attention to detail, cleanup protocols
Property handling: How to navigate properties safely, respect client instructions, and handle special situations
Digital tools: How to use onboard tablets for property maps, notes, and service logging
Safety: WSIB compliance, PPE requirements, heat safety, hazard identification
Crew members are trained, ranked, and developed within our system. Supervisors continuously monitor performance and provide coaching to maintain and improve standards.
