Yes. In addition to technology-based monitoring, our quality assurance program includes:

  • Scheduled inspections: Supervisors periodically visit properties to assess service quality in person

  • Random spot-checks: Unannounced visits to verify that standards are being met consistently

  • Client-triggered reviews: Any client feedback automatically triggers a review of the property in question

  • Seasonal assessments: Comprehensive quality reviews at key points in the season (post-spring cleanup, mid-season, pre-fall)

Results from inspections inform crew coaching, route adjustments, and service improvements.
