What happens if there's damage to my property during service?

While we take great care to avoid any damage, we acknowledge that issues can occasionally occur. If you believe damage was caused during a Monster service visit:
Report immediately: Contact us with photos and a description of the damage.
Investigation: We review GPS data, service logs, and footage to determine what occurred.
Resolution: If the damage was caused by our crew, we will take responsibility and arrange for repair or compensation as appropriate.
We carry full commercial general liability insurance for this reason. Our goal is to resolve any damage claims fairly and promptly.
